Becoming a Sponsor

INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT
The simplest way for you to help us meet the costs and financial obligations of our concert season is to attend our performances, and to bring family and friends. Single subscriptions are available, as well as Patron, Supporting Patron, and Sustaining Patron. Or you can purchase tickets to the concert(s) of your choice without a subscription. You can use our printable order form on the Tickets & Subscriptions page.

Individual donations are always welcome and greatly appreciated, and are vital to our growth and continued service to the community. You may also use the order form on the Tickets & Subscriptions page to make donations, even if you don’t wish to purchase tickets.

BUSINESS/CORPORATE SUPPORT
Contributions from area businesses comprise a significant portion of our operating budget. Donations of any kind and amount are greatly appreciated. Many local businesses support MSOC through the purchase of program ads. See the Program Ad Price List, or e-mail us at ads [at] msoc.org, or call (860)875-2257 for information on program ads. Donations of any kind and amount are greatly appreciated. Many corporations will also match the amount of an individual contribution. If your employer is one of them, please consider naming MSOC as your charity of choice.

MEMORIAL ENDOWMENT FUND
Donations are accepted in the memory of loved ones as an enduring memorial contribution.

Please consider joining us in whatever capacity you feel will be most beneficial to yourself and to the Manchester Symphony Orchestra and Chorale. Please call 860-875-2257 or write to:

PROGRAMME ADVERTISING

The Rocky Mountain Symphony plays an important part in our thriving communitiues, making them a very attractive place to live and work – and that’s good for business! Advertise in our concert programmes to reach our audience with your message while you show your support. Ads typically range in price from $100-$500 for a program ad. The program is identical for both concerts on a weekend. Please contact our office for more information.

DONATIONS

Donors play a crucial part in sustaining the Rocky Mountain Symphony’s tradition of excellence and financial stability. Ticket revenue provides less than half of the funds required to produce our concerts. The rest comes from all levels of government, private corporations and, increasingly, from individual patrons like you. Often, matching donation programs are established to double your donation!

Please contact us for more information. Thank you for your support.

PERSONAL DONATION

We welcome personal cash donations in any amount. Donations go directly toward annual operating costs for all of our programs and services. You will be recognized with your name published on our website (unless, of course, you wish to remain anonymous).

SECURITIES DONATION

There may be significant tax benefits associated with a gift of securities, such as stock certificates. Please consult your financial advisor if this is of interest to you.

CHAIR SPONSORSHIP

As a Chair Sponsor, you will be supporting a principal position in the orchestra. Please contact our office for more information about the choices available and the cost of chair sponsorship.

PLANNED GIVING

Please consult your legal and financial advisors regarding the tax and estate benefits of making a planned gift to the Rocky Mountain Symphony in one or more of the following ways:

A gift in your will with intention of cash, securities, stock, real estate or tangible property

If you wish to remember the Rocky Mountain Symphony in your future plans, please give us the opportunity and privilege to thank you now.
