In Ms. Acevedo’s class students will learn how to play instruments like Cajon and Congas and Bongo in Brasilian music. She will teach the student how to apply these unconventional instruments with taste to fit various musical genres and scenarios. The class will focus on techniques as well as rhythms. The student will come away with specialized skills and a wide variety of knowledge for their future musical endeavors.
