| Thursday, June 30: | Registration Deadline: All presenters, performers, panelists, accompanists & composers whose works will be performed on the program must register by 12 noon MDT. |
| Thursday, August 4: | Early Bird Discount ends; regular fee applies from 12:01 pm MDT onward |
| Thursday, September 1: | Registration Deadline: All conference presiders must register by 12 noon MDT. |
| Thursday, September 15: | Late fee applies from 12:01 pm MDT onward |
| Thursday, September 15: | Last day to cancel and receive a refund (less $30 service fee) |
| Monday, September 26: | Mail-in Registrations must be postmarked by this date |
| Tuesday, October 11: | Online registration closes at 12:00 pm MDT. Participants must register on site after this date. |

The conference registration fee allows admission to all CMS and ATMI sessions.

Extra Fees
New Mexican folk music on Wednesday, October 26, from 7:00–8:30 p.m., in Grand Ballroom A of the Eldorado Hotel & Spa. Tickets are $15 each / $10 for students and retired members.
Cancellation Policy
Conference registration can be cancelled only in writing to CMS (conferences@music.org).
- Conference registrations cancelled on or before 12:00 noon MDT on September 15, 2016 will be entitled to a full refund less a $30 service charge. Registrations cancelled after 12:01 p.m. MDT on September 15, 2016 will not be entitled to a refund. Refunds for pre- conference workshops are subject to the terms and conditions as stated on the registration form for each individual workshop.
- All refunds will be issued within one month of the event’s conclusion.
- Registrations are non-transferable.
